Booking More Than 14 Days In Advance

• A deposit is required to secure the booking and must be paid no later than 14 days before the booking start date.

• The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of the booking start time and must be received before care begins.

• Dates will be held for 24 hours only pending deposit payment.

Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be transferred once to a new date within 3 months (see cancellation terms below).

No Deposit Paid

• Dates can be pencilled in upon request.

• Until a deposit is received, bookings remain provisional and may be offered to other enquiries.

• If a provisional booking is cancelled before a deposit is paid, no payment is required.

Cancellations (Confirmed Bookings)

• Cancellations made with 72+ hours’ notice – Deposit may be transferred once (as above).

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice – The full booking fee remains payable.
